Question #1: What is Immediate (Urgent) Care?

Answer: Urgent Care is a specialty that focuses on acute non-life threatening illnesses such as ear infections, sinusitis, sore throat, bronchitis, pneumonia, dehydration, lacerations that require stitches, school and sports physicals, urinary tract infections, flu like symptoms, colds, rashes, bites, muscular pains...etc.

 

Question #2: Can I make appointments online?

Answer: Prime Immediate Care is a walk-in clinic

 

Question #3: Can I get my lab results?

Answer: Yes, please ask a staff member .

 

Question #4: How long do I have to stay in the waiting room?

Answer: The average wait time after filling out your information is around 5 - 20 minutes. We work very hard for efficient use of your time



Question #5: Is my insuraunce accepted?

Answer: Visit our Information for Patients page as we accept most health plans. Please call our office for the most up to date list. We also accept cash ,all major credit cards : Am Exp, Discover, Visa, and Master Card...

 

Question #6: What should I bring with me on my visit.

Answer: You must provide a valid driver's license or ID along with your insurance policy.



Question #7: Do you refer patients to specialists?

Answer: Yes ,we can refer patients to the appropriate specialist as needed,and will make evey effort for our patients to be seen as early as possible. Even though Prime Immediate Care is not a Primary Care or an Internal medicine clinic.
